About Hermien
Hermien is the Managing Member of Hubbab cc. She started her professional career by doing a National Diploma in Production Management and doing some freelance work as a student in operations and quality control before moving onto an international company.
She then joined her parents in opening a family business selling academic prescribed textbooks. After five years the business closed its doors and she went on a quest to figure out how something so good went so wrong so fast.
She enrolled for an MBA and while learning a lot about strategic business she says that she also learned even more about herself. She started Hubbab cc in 2004 and took two years to develop the current business structure.

Hubbab is based on three business models; Orbus-Dynamo Recruitment Consultants, Bizsiege and Global Indaba. These business models are all Internet-based and allow for diverse business services that cater for the talent management, business development and business growth for their respective clients.
These business models are based on sound operations practices that support social liability and overall economic growth for the South African economy.
Orbus-Dynamo: Professional recruitment agency specialising in finance, sales, IT, engineering, logistics, operations and quality management.
Bizsiege: Website presence design, E-marketing, financial and operational control, and supply of business technology products.
Global Indaba: Still in development.

Figures can tell you so much about your company; yup we are talking “sales figures”, “operational figures” and “financial figures”. I really do find figures to be extremely sexy – just because they are so “CLEVER” and are so simple and complicated at the same time.
